Frances is the Human Resources Manager for the firm. She is an accredited professional member of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand (HRINZ). In 2008 she received a distinction award from HRINZ for her HR practice.

Prior to joining Gallaway Cook Allan, Frances' most significant HR experiences were with the University of Otago and as the Dunedin site HR Manager for Fisher & Paykel Appliances Limited.

Frances joined Gallaway Cook Allan in May 2007.

“I love my work here; the people, from the partners, to the other legal professionals and the support staff have built a neat culture where excellent work is mutually admired and rewarded, there is a wonderful sense of warmth and laughter, and everyone is grounded. The firm is large enough to have very sound systems, but small enough to retain that feel of family. I would not want any of that to change.
