“I love my work here; the people, from the partners, to the other legal professionals and the support staff have built a neat culture where excellent work is mutually admired and rewarded, there is a wonderful sense of warmth and laughter, and everyone is grounded. The firm is large enough to have very sound systems, but small enough to retain that feel of family. I would not want any of that to change. GCA has a balanced mix of very experienced people at our two offices, as well as a good number of newer people, and some in between.
“I feel privileged in my role as the primary recruiter I get to meet fabulous people and I have facilitated some wonderful appointments during my tenure to date. Even when we do not have a formal vacancy I am keen to meet enthusiastic people who would like to work for us; already opportunities have arisen for some of our new recruits when there was not a space at the time of their initial contact. In addition I feel that I am an effective coach and sounding board for people who are seeking opportunities. Please do not hesitate to contact me. It is helpful to communicate with me by way of email in the first instance, if that is possible.”
