Stephen has worked in company and commercial law since 1976, advising major corporate clients and medium-sized businesses on acquisitions and disposals, restructuring, and finance issues. He also advises on trusts and estate planning.
He leads a team of recognised experts in all issues of securities and banking law and finance practice as they relate to major corporations.
Stephen takes both pleasure and pride in tackling new projects and helping businesses to develop over time.
